This app is okay, that's all there is to it. There's always a bug here and there, sometimes you can't login and at certain times it says that this data is expiring on this certain date but it's not correct. Happened to me when I needed a data, can't even text anyone during those times. Hopefully it's fixed.

Previous version I can open the app either with data or wifi. But now, I am able to open it via wifi only. Why? Please make the app can be open in both ways. Especially in case of emergency, what if no data in phone then I need to top up urgently so how can I top up if no wifi available around me? Update: Seems like I cant open the app again with my data when I wanted to make a topup data.... Pls fix!

Since the update, I am no longer able to access the app properly, see any of my plan details or anything. When you go to the online version, you can not log in. Truly poor overall interaction and would not recommend.

Been trying again and again thinking if it is my device's problem. Turns out every devices i have produced same results. The app doesn't work, period.

Please reply to this and I will appreciate more of your services. I want to give a higher rating, but I couldn't. Everytime I tried to log into the app I always stuck in the load screen when I'm using data. When I'm using wifi connection, it was fine. Checked my connection (on data), everything seems okay like browsing or watching YouTube videos. Does that something to do with my settings..?

Sigh... kindly be informed that the app is not showing information. Everything is like missing, example, the remaining balance of the internet quota, the data usage, etc.. Restarted the app. Restarted the phone. Still the same issue. It's dejavu (a.k.a. repeating). Kindly please fix this issue because I know that the last time I called, UNN was mentioned. 🤷♂️

This app is unstable..the bills given is not accurate..when you pay you may have positive balance or negetive balance..now i cant even login. I thought it was my device but seem to be my other device aswell..progresif baik tah..astaa

So frustrating. Made my payment online for the first time using this care+ apps, (the old apps is better than this) unfortunately it makes me high blood as it appeared unsuccessful but my bank account has been deducted 😢, it's been 3 days now and nothing happens yet, no positive response from pcsb also. We understand it's a new apps but when it comes to money issue its not a simple issue, need your urgent response on this matter. Tq.
