For ordering it's okay but the pick up process is not great. For one, once you've completed your order if you do something else on your phone or let the screen turn off there's a 90% chance you can't get back to the order status screen to hit the button that tells them you're on the way or are at the restaurant. I have been sitting in the parking lot for 10+ minutes wondering if their app is working and then had to physically go into the store to get my order. Location services don't work.

Drive-thru recognition won't turn off. I received a notification that this "feature" was enabled. Tapping the notification takes you to the settings where it can be disabled, but after exiting the app it re-enables itself. Also, the notification can't be deleted or cleared. Even rebooting the phone won't remove it.

The app is attractive and it works if you do everything right but I have a major complaint and some minor ones. First the major complaint is if you enter all your credit card information and accidentally tap the wrong part of the screen it just all goes away. You should lock the screen to only accept a continue or back button option. Not any accidental tap that will make the user reenter. The "old" version of the App was perfectly fine; the "new" version clearly hasn't been tested sufficiently. One example: you click on Earn, and up comes the QR code to scan at the register. If the register's scanner isn't working, you should be able to scroll down on the same screen for that option. It appears that it's down there, BUT THE APP WON'T LET YOU SCROLL DOWN TO IT! Please fix this very basic problem and push out an Update. Thank you.

Downgrade from the prior version. Terrible use of limited screen space. Hard to select a location because of the huge logo on the screen. And when I get push notifications for offers, try to click on the offer to see what it says (because the push only shows one line of text) it says "you've clicked on too many offers, come back in 3 hours". Not well done.

This app has issues and isn't user friendly. Ordering sides and a drink is clunky. If you order sides before the drink, you have to edit (either way) because you can't order both without going back. Also trying to pay on this app creates false negatives. You may not be able to pay on the app but when you get to the store, your card works. This causes you to miss out on reward points (without intervention) when you can't order on the app.

Keeps asking for Bluetooth access repeatedly denied it better fix or I'll permanently fix it right off my phone. Should only have to deny it one time.

The app crashes when I place an order, then doesn't let me log back in. I had a $10 coupon. I tried to use it. The app crashed. I tried again. And again. I drove to the store. They had received nothing. I logged out to see if that would fix the issue. Now I can't log back in, because the "sign in via Facebook" feature is broken. It seriously just tells me to try again later. So now I am locked out of my $10 coupon. No dinner for me... I will not be eating at CBBQ anytime soon. Unacceptable.
