It works pretty well, but one annoying thing is that, when you log in via biometric, it then asks you again if you want to log in via biometric, and if you hit "Not Now", it still completes the login, and if you hit "Use Biometric", and you scan your fingerprint, it also logs in, but nothing changes. That extra annoyance of asking you about using biometric when you already did is a pain.

9/16/24: What a difference a year makes!👎Rx WAY overdue for refill bc monthly auto-refill never happened! App doesn't even show it's eligible! Had to call it in. Once coupons clipped, can't view them! Error message says "stream was reset: INTERNAL ERROR." Lost lots reward points bc app not functioning properly! 💩 3/18/23: Works flawlessly on Galaxy A32 5G running Android 13 to fill scripts, clip coupons & shop. No issues detected whatsoever, so far. Better rewards management implementation.👍

App in manage profile. Inside the app the magnification layer pops up crashing the app from allowing user to use the app. I could not change the rewards phone number. Because the magnification layer popped up. Which basically crashes the app from allowing interactions. This needs to be fixed. My only solution was to use a web browser to change the information.

Half the time I am not notified that a prescription is due or that it has been filled, yet you acknowledge receipt of refill when I do ask for it using your app??? I have text me for all notifications in your App but🤷 And store employees aren't interested that it doesn't work sooooo... Very Frustrated!!!!!!!!

Have gotten no calls no texts and no option to pay and order my prescriptions...was working after I already did a review similar to this one and now I'm back to having the same issue, went in to see maybe an update on my sons account which is under my account name as well and still nothing on that...but while checking on that I noticed I have 3 prescriptions ready for pick up and wasn't notified in any way, for some reason emails and texts have stopped as well to notify me and the option pay

I use this app primarily for the pharmacy, and it is extremely frustrating. It signs you out if you even go to another app for one second. In addition to that, it keeps wanting to send my refills to the wrong location, and when I try to change the store, it won't let me do that.

When Shoping ad , Please have the App show each page of the ad as it did Earlier ! Plus the filter System needs FIXED ! IE when I type in coffee . Soda brands show up & in the settings I have location access inabled in the App ! But I always have to type in My zip Code ! It was Soo MUCH EASIER TO SHOP & CHOOSE ITEMS TO BUY !!!! THANK YOU

This app is horrible as far as apps go. It's always sloooww and usually does NOT load. The app will open, but the "shop" tab has never loaded for me. I only use the app to keep track of my points. I wish I could browse to see if they have what I want, but apparently, the shop tab is just for show. It has been this way for over a year.
