I can make calls, but the app will only receive calls if open and in the foreground. Update 11/23: App no longer works correctly after updating the phone to Android 13. You can dial and it rings, but there is no sound after the far end picks up. I can't hear them and they can't hear me.

3 stars because this app will not bypass DND settings (on my mobile device, not DND on my extension) no matter what I've tried. I have to have after hours called forwarded to my regular cell number so I can set it to bypass DND at night. Once that is fixed, this app will be outstanding.

Excellent app works in every situation, public and private WiFi, cellular data etc. I have worked with over 15 different mobile apps, this is rock solid. Only complaint, still missing the ability to change you status from the app.

Often I have my Bluetooth Headset off to save battery. When I turn it on and it pairs with my mobile phone, Sangoma Connect does not transfer my current call to the Bluetooth Headset. I can't see anywhere in the active call settings to manually transfer it either.

So far in limited testing the voice part seems to work better than the old SwitchVox softphone app. But without directory and voicemail integration back to the SwitchVox PBX it is half baked. Those features are necessary for us to consider this. Please add this as we desperately need a working softphone for the PBX.

I really liked how Zulu integrated right into my actual phone app without having to open the Zulu app. Not sure if this is in the works or not. But if it is, it needs to be a priority. I will continue to use Zulu until this changes.

Tried to use this app on my Pixel, git a license for my FreePBX server, the app only works, when the app is open on the screen. As soon as you go you go into another app no incoming calls, and no push notifications. How hard is it to get a softphone app that actually works all the time.

Constantly having issues with connectivity between wireless ear buds and the app. It requires either a phone restart or app re-download in order to correct the issue. Figure it out, man! I'm not your first complaint!
