After filling all the info, it says your CNIC is already registered, but it does not tell how to recover user name for already registered cnic.

I would like to know today I have created my account and after sign up and filling my detail. The app redirect me to the login page and when I insert my credentials the app gave the error. Your account is deactivated please contact an adminstration. What does that mean. What's the point of that long data collection if It was for deactivate. It should stoped me at the main page. Wasted so much of my time in filling that long form. This is not the way to treat your customers. Sorry to say.

Faulty App - Unable to sign-in. 😑 It says internet connection not available while i'm connected to a wifi network which is working flawlessly. The app has internal login issues. Kindly look into the problem and make it smooth so people can benefit from such a wonderful initiative.

On call with the doctor, the application faced numerous crashes, additionally if the timer on the home screen goes below one second and you keep toggling between screens the timer keeps getting reset, mentioned are a few of the many bugs I identified that can improve User Experience throughout.

It was my first experience .. app is easy to use.. but couldn't talk on call with the doctor. so i texted her and it was easy. attaching a document should also be an option included in the app as only pictures can be attached i guess

This is a wonderful service as it allows patients to get doc consultation from the comfort of their homes. I have used it twice so far and found both the doctors super responsive, helpful, respectful, kind and knowledgeable. They also recommended medicines and gave out a medical letter. Absolutely impressed.
