Didn't show up for a return trip pickup to the airport. The driver did not pick up or reply when I repeatedly called and emailed. The trip was then cancelled without explanation. I can't find contact info for the company or anywhere to rate or report the driver. My trip was prebooked at $40 but the rate that day was $176. I'm guessing I got ditched with zero accountability so they could take a higher priced ride. I got an Uber to avoid missing my flight. Do not trust this company.

On several occasions, the shuttle pickup (prime time shuttle being their shuttle service provider) wqs canceled an hour before the sechduled pick up. on the return pick up, i called twice within an hour to be told after an hour that they would not be picking me up, canceling the reservation. on another occasion, the deiver that dropped me off at the airoort almost got in a fifht with someone that was deopping somone off. in short, dont bother with this service and get an uber or lyft.

Mostly great service. HOWEVER, last trip was #$!@. Driver did not call to advise she would be 40 minutes late and sounded annoyed when i asked her to assist me in making this right. Fortunately, customer service found a substitute driver 3 minutes later. I requested that this ride be comped and representative hug up on me. Go figure.

Should have read the reviews before booking. I kept getting texts that said my reservation details were changed. Original pick up time was confirmed for 8:30am & not three minutes later was changed to 9:00am. I checked in regardless & pick up time was changed to 9:40am. Not as bad as others' wait times but I was on a time crunch. Would recommend booking with SuperShuttle or Uber/Lyft.

It is a very badly organised service, I waited almost an hour after the scheduled pick up time, finally got on the shuttle and drove out of bad traffic during rush hour (which took another half an hour), the driver got a call that he needed to pick up another 2 passengers so we had to go back to the airport to fetch them, then drop off them first since they were closer (which i understand). But when we were finally was on my way back to mine, its already 3 hour passed, the driver got another request to pick someone up at the airport, apparently the pick up and drop off wasn't accurately arranged. I arrived at the airport 6.30pm and arrived home 10.00pm. So if you have a lot of time to kill and not in a rush to go home after a flight, they are your no.1 choice.

Worst. Company. Ever. My driver called me to say he would be at my place in 10 minutes, said he didn't see me (even though I had been standing outside the entire time) and LIED about looking for me when I could see him on the app heading towards, then getting on the freeway. The company refunded me my pickup payment but not my returning payment (I arranged for drip off and pick up to LAX). I had booked this well in advance and there was no excuse. Drivers handle was Chinnawit.

Very bad service. I book a round trip to the LAX airport in advance . The day of my trip. They canceled the first driver. A day before and then they sent another driver he was 30 minutes late and on top of that the driver was very rude. On the way back to my trip. The driver never showed up and when I called customer service they said they couldn't find any driver in the area. So they just canceled my reservation and refund my money. Their service it is not reliable. Drivers are not professional

Worst customer service ever. After waiting 20 minutes after my scheduled pickup time (myself having been early), without even a driver chosen, I messaged live support who informed me no driver is available, with the reasoning that no on-time guarantee is given, and said he could cancel my reservation and I could find my own transport. Definitely avoid this company.
