Used to be great but do not use right now. Spendesk are in the middle of a botched transition to a new payment processor. We lost the ability to make payments 2 weeks ago and still no solution from the Spendesk team. Their support function is completely overwhelmed by the volume of issues and so we're back to manual pay runs. Not worth the risk of signing up until they've sorted all the problems, and be warned, when something goes wrong you will have to fight tooth and nail to get anyone to help

Poor Vs other competitors I've used. Slow, buggy, whole thing feels dated. Can't understand the high rating to be honest. Expensify - which my previous company used - was a FAR better user experience

Update, app is still rubbish on android. It works for apple but there has been no progress with the login problems listed below which is not really acceptable in my view. Previous: This is a great idea, the desktop works but the app is not good. Slow, clunky, sometimes it's not possible to upload the receipt, other times you have to shut the app down and restart. The alerts do not always work.

Not sure what this app does to the camera, but it takes ages to initialise it. Often times the app freezes at this step so hard I have to reboot the phone. I can't say my experience with this app has been smooth.

App is not reliable. Every field on the expense form takes multiple attempts to save. One receipt submission takes so much time that use of the app is very frustrating - going back to using the browser version.

I have to use Spendesk for work. The app has never once opened in 3 months now, forcing me to email myself receipts and load them to the website 1 at a time. An absolute inconvenience when sold as the opposite. Please fix this!

I pushed for moving out company to spendesk but it's slow, clunky and the card isn't accepted in many points of sale. I actually need to force quit the app frequently as it gets stuck

This app keeps cracking my Pixel 8 phone. Usually when I try to take a picture of a receipt the phone completely freeze and after some time the phone reboot.
