Brand with one of the worst customer support. I raised complaints for more than 5 time to fix some sensor issue with my cooler which went non functional within 2 months of purchase and each time their technicians closed the ticket without any reason. On top of this its really next to impossible to connect to their customer care and if by luck they are connected, they are least bothered. Pathetic is not a right word to rate them even.

Overall the app is very useful and has all the functionality to cater the need of a Dealer and Service Providers. It has everything starting from Sales, Schemes, Warranty, Loyalty, Service Call Registration to Help videos. Great work.

worst app that i ever see.. i am waiting for 3 days to open this app but the OTP is still not available ... the srivice man says that it will take 1 and 2 days more due to its low surver problem .. solve these types of problem EITHER RETAILERS stop buying your product ...

The app is nice but the service man was absolutely the worst I think he should be fired right away for misbehave and rude language. Also cooler is not cooling and the pump is not fetching up the water that's why I'm giving u 1 ☆ rating
