Several others have already made this observation. The app does not recognize you as an existing member. It is asking for all the information (particularly credit card info) that already exist. Isn't there a way to just log into one's existing account? Also, the location function needs to be fixed. I put in my Zip with not results. I entered my town and the location appeared. I know it's new, but hopefully the feedback is given serious consideration.

It's easy to place an order from the app, BUT it doesn't let you preview what the decoration would look like, so ultimately I decided not to spend the extra money on individual cakes as the decoration and ribbon and such that I wanted to add wasn't available to view, so I had no idea what it may look like. If you're trying to give someone something special, you don't want to "hope" this $80 cake comes out correct, ya know?

I had a wonderful experience ordering from Nothing Bundt Cakes for my daughter’s birthday! The app was incredibly user-friendly and made placing my order a breeze. I loved the flexibility of choosing to pick up the cake immediately or at a later time that worked for me. Their wide variety of cakes for different occasions really stood out, and the selection of accessories added a special touch to the celebration. Overall, the entire process was seamless. Their cakes are delicious!

Good App. However if you have the option of saving credit card info in the mobile app, but then ask customers to re-enter all their credit card info at checkout, it sort of defeats the purpose. This needs to be fixed

Add my card. Doesn't pull past orders. Add the other card I use. It's saying it's already under a different email. I have one account for this merchant. It can apparently be for any other account under and other merchant that Thanx provides this service for. Pointless. They also never process your receipts, so all my past purchases mean nothing.

You cannot go wrong with a beautiful bundt cake from here. Just out of a plain box they're presentation is eye-catching, and they're all delicious. They even offer moist gluten-free cakes now. I have taken many off these to dinners & parties, including work.

The absolute best cake I ever tasted and I mean no matter the location. I've eaten these cakes in 3 different states and many different locations and you can never tell a difference. Red Velvet is my number 1 but, I would eat them all! If you get any of these cakes, you will not be disappointed!

I am no stranger to this bakery but listen .... the banana pudding flavor is worth every single penny. It's literally a shame it's only available for two weeks. This flavor is absolutely delightful. If you have an elder, southern, grandmother that is KNOWN for their banana pudding.....that is what this flavor of bundtlet is giving!!! This needs to be a permanent addition to the menu.
