This app is so poorly run in terms of its updates. For several months the app breaks and crashes whenever I try to sign in and when they finally update it and that problem gets fixed, less than a month later it is updated again and breaks the app again. It's like they don't even test the update before releasing it and there's no way to just go back to a previous version that worked. The Human Bean's support side is good about checking in with you on issues, but incentivio, the app partner, isn't

This app is total and complete garbage. It logged me out, so when I try to log in it says restart the app and make sure it's up to date...which it is. Then I tried logging in and it tells me I have reached the max attempts and wait 5 minutes. My password us correct and I only tried logging in once. I have tried reinstalling the app and resetting my password and it will not let me into my account. The reward I want to use is only available in the app...of course. This is infuriating.

I had just gotten a free drink reward, and it's gone! The app updated on its own, and when I went to redeem my free drink, the app had completely logged me out, and it wouldn't let me log in at all! Now, today, I was able to log in finally, and I found out I no longer have my free drink reward, and I'm not even close to redeeming it now. This app is now a copy of Dutch Bros and is the exact reason why I stopped going to Dutch Bros period. This update isn't it. Time to go back to what was working

It's the worst app I have ever used. It has always had issues ever since the upgrade, but now it won't even let me pay on the app when I'm close to the drive-thru window. The app just keeps spinning. Why did they get rid of the damn old app???

Easy to use. I have other coffee apps and this one is the easiest one to use. Add your payment information or just add funds to a gift card. It's easy to store info. Only thing is I wish they would come just a little more south. I drive up from Hudson a few times in the week.

I drink a lot of Human Bean, but will be saying goodbye to the app and going back to the old fashioned stamp card. The app states $5 reward for every $55 you spend, but every time I make a purchase I receive considerably less credit on the app than the total of my purchases. Today, for example, I spent $16 and received roughly $5 in credit towards rewards. That makes the stamp card a better deal.

The app constantly jumps when trying to scroll down or refuses to fit into the screen. I thought it would allow orders to be made via the app, but it does not, it just allows you to pay with a credit/debit card from a QR code instead of your card. Also the find a location always puts Texas in the middle of the screen, so if you don't live in Texas, you will have to move and zoom the screen manually. It's cumbersome and inconvenient. Lastly, the rewards don't work.

With the updates it's not so glitchy anymore. But, the app still isn't user friendly. There are 3 places to have your funds scanned when it really should all be in place. Also, having the preloaded card as the 1st option is frustrating. I prefer to use the option where it's taken straight out of my account. But then, if you have a gift card you have to go to a completely different spot to scan. Keep it simple. If we are at your stand we likely haven't had our coffee yet.
