Garbage at the moment. Doesn't start without logging in again. 2gb is basically the same app and on same account, and works perfectly. Very annoying

I like listening to 4BC I'm a fan of the station. AM radio is terrible. Digital Radio reception for 4BC is even worse. The 4BC app is the best choice. The internet platform has a number of issues. Problem 1. The 4BC radio station app keeps on disappearing from the Android Auto platform. Problem 2 The 4BC app stops transmitting at random times and various lengths of time. 4BC please do something about your digital radio transmission strength and app reliability.

Harder to use than the previous app, ie switching stations to 2gb for example haven't yet found how to submit feedback via the app was very easy on the previous one. Also the program time is out. Is suppose to be the 4bc app but it shows Ray Hadley's show is on but Neil Breen is still on as it is before 9 in Qld. Bad update, not user friendly and is not an upgrade from the last one, I would say downgrade at best.

Mostly fairly good, dropouts are less than they were, I switch between 4bc and 2gb as I prefer certain presenters, I miss the morning show format, I liked Breeny and I want to hear what your station advertises - talkback- I find the new morning show very lightweight. And while I really do like music, Sophie Formica is playing too much, it's most annoying when you're in the middle of an interview and she plays a song leaving no time for talkback, why can't she play music between guest interviews

Absolute Rubbish Keeps cutting out,when you try to do anything else with your phone it turns off. Breeny this is a scandal and needs to be spoken about on your program. You keep telling people to get the app when it doesn't work properly. Maybe brother you should check products before you endorse them. Will be waiting to hear the news & 9/10 the news will start then app drops out then press play on app & it's only been 1 second & it's onto the traffic report! Download Iheart radio. Heaps better.

I do not have anything good to say about the app for use in regional areas.Buffering is such an issue I want to smash my phone. I think the network needs to purchase more bandwidth to broadcast to Maryborough Qld and the like. Telstra advise that my mobile router has ample speed to carry an uninterrupted service, though the width of the band needs to be sufficient to allow data to reach those listening. Also, there is no way to answer YES to the questions below.

App is much better, but why does the app have ads? It's for a commercial radio station, the content already has ads. When I open the stream, I get an ad. Switch from wifi to mobile data - ad. I live regionally, so if the data drops out, when it comes back, another ad. Please remove the app ads

Very disappointed. Ads are out of time to the actual station program. Will come back to show missing precious moments. Buffering is awful. Would just listen without the app, but the reception since the change is dreadful, even when your actually near the station. Tbh, it's bloody awful.
