I got four comforters dry cleaned.They did faster than any other dry cleaner would because I did it last minute. Not only that, when I went to go pick it up, they came in a packaging like they were brand new, bought out of the store with a handle. Amazing and P!Perfect! Everyone who worked there gave amazing customer service, and their app was so easy to use! They're definitely going to be my dry cleaner of choice... Thanks!!!!

Good afternoon, I think there should be an option to group all your clothes in one payment instead of paying three separate payments for my order. This option was on the older app for Tide. Also, the option to say that I'm 5 minutes away and leave everything outside for me is gone. That was a great tool because we can pay prior to, then drive up, pick up, and go. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

I've been using the Tide app for several years now, and it consistently crashes the first five times I try to open it. This has been a recurring issue with every update. Given the premium pricing for Tide’s services, I expected a more reliable and user-friendly experience. It’s disappointing that Tide seems to neglect these critical issues, leaving paying customers to deal with persistent app failures. I hope they prioritize improving their app's stability soon.

App seems to work but it uses an incessant amount of battery. Was wondering why my phone was dying so fast only to discover that this is using more battery than any other app on my phone. I've only used it once, but it's been running in the background draining my battery. I was getting ~24 hours of battery use but this reduced my battery to maybe 16 hours. I put the app in restricted mode and that seems to have fixed the issue, hopefully devs find the culprit.

To have 2 safety jackets cleaned as well as these were is an amazing job. Thank you, Tide Cleaners. Also, they have very reasonable prices and quick turnarounds.

oHHHHH my goodness!!! I love this place! The pick-up and drop-off feature is perfect for my busy schedule. PLUS, their prices are cheaper! I paid less at Tide than at the local dry cleaners, and I didn't even leave my house to take care of this errand. I try to support our neighborhood mom and pop stores, but these prices fit my budget better, and the fast turnaround is what I need. I'll just keep my alteration needs at the mom and pop business. Give these guys a try!

I tried this app, hoping for my 25% off to be applied to the order as this was my first time using this service. Tide Cleaners never applied it because it's not on the receipt. They charged me $102.09 for long drape curtains, and they took forever to get it back to me, too, because the stains weren't coming off. I had to call one of the stores to get an update. It would've been nice if someone bothered to give me an update before I reached out and started worrying about my items.

I actually got there early and I didn't know that the opening time was actually 8 o'clock for this particular. A lady went ahead and opened it up for me, took all my information, because couldn't get the computer to work. And got me squared away Then when I come and pick up my clothes. I couldn't believe the attention to detail and the care that they took into the wash and the fold.This is the only place I'll use now.
