Can't get it to sync replaced battery in it once it synced.

Constantly logs me out. Takes forever to load. Hangs any time I go to a screen. I can't get back to the main screen without closing out the app completely, and restarting, then the loading starts again, taking a very long time. If I didn't have a PUC to monitor, I would just uninstall. I should have just bought an hour meter.

having electrical problems, apparently they are common given the number of YouTube videos on the topic. wanted to view the parts schematic for the electrical system and purchase a NEW PTO switch but of all the schematics, the electrical system is the only.one that won't load. NONE of the links on the support page work, nit even the contact us. of course. wasted a ton of my time here.

Sure would like to be able to read all the features of the app on the beginning page of the app, but it scroll's to the next page before I can read 2-3 lines. I can't click on a feature to read all of it, and it auto scroll's out from under my finger while trying to hold that page/feature in place while reading. Fix this annoyance so I can know all about the app, and I'll change my rating.

Who designed this??? it doesnt sync well. then does not stay synced and nothing on the app works as it should. i cant even buy products from you so i have records showing i bought them. you should find a new product design manager. this HAD such great potential but now think of all the people frustrated with your products over one simple app and puc. terribly unhappy with the BOATLOAD of money I spent with your company alltogether and this just seals the deal

Non-functional. Attempting to create initial account through the app or attempting to login with account created separately on their website just loads a browser and "bad page request" results. Even the website "login" just returns to a page pushing installing the app and buying their bluetooth-enabled hardware. I bought their mower instead of a similar competitor thinking this app would be useful to track maintenance needed, but instead is a totally worthless "feature."

As others have stated, this app continues to log you out. Also I have never been able to log any sort of maintenance which is the primary reason I paired the puc. The only thing I have been able to do is sync it but it's an annoying experience if I have to always log back in.

Great idea terrible execution , the thought behind the app is great, track your maintenance shop for replacement parts and tune up kits and get tips on your apparatus. Unfortunately it's not really user friendly and like other reviews have said it doesn't let you remove hours you added. The shop doesn't work, it is basically going to the store for the clerk to tell you they have to special order it and they don't know when it will be in. My advice, keep track of your own maintenance.
