With all of the information available on this app, there should be a way for drivers to filter more than just by a specific location. An example would by filtering by type of towing so that the drivers who tow can quickly add or eliminate hundreds of trips that do not fit their tow equipment. Saving drivers time is better for production and service and eliminates redundant communication for both the drivers and carrier dispatchers. The more filters the better, please simplify this. Thanks.

It keeps closing! I tried restarting my phone, clearing the cache, force stopping the app, I even took the app off and put it back on...Nothing works. I need to close out a trip so I can start my next trip. Response...they said it's the app. You need to fix this

I have been working my job for about 3 years now and there is always something with this app. I have not been able to see loads for about 3 weeks now so I have to call and wait forever before someone answers the phone and by the time they do the ones I want are taken by iPhone users. They keep blaming it on Google Play but all of the other apps work just fine. Why are we forced to use just drive when it clearly has issues every week? I was told that I basically have to buy a new phone

Update: The app got to where it wouldn't work at all. I was told that the problem was probably with my phone which couldn't update to the latest Android version So I bought a new phone. Now Just Drive worked perfect on my last trip . No more issues. Made my job so much easier to do. Thanks 😀

Keeps telling me to update on the app, but there is no update on Play Store. App won't allow any actions, just forces me to the store for a non-existent update. Reinstalling didn't help. App ver. 1.09.1.1 does not exist as far as I can tell. Update: so, your telling me that my phone ( moto g power 2021), that is barely 2 years old (android 11), isnt compatible? That's messed up,and I'm not updating the star rating.

Get me where I need to be! This is a update from my review. They keep putting updates out for app so that have to a higher upgrade , no one buys a phone every 3 to 6 months. Now my just drive doesn't work as of 12pm 12/14/ 2022. O well. I want be using just drive anymore.

Go back to before you made it "improved". This now takes a looooong time to load and it trys to keep running on sort of a load cycle. ........................................... Humm 7 hrs. later and it loads fast. I don't know what you did. It works now. I guess I owe you more stars.

Sometimes takes a very long time to upload pictures. Also often attempts to scan light-colored images as if they are docs and won't take a clear photograph.
