You sell TOURIST Sim cards, but don't have an English (and other languages) option in the My Viettel App? But you still inundate me with useless texts I can't read. Outstanding. Edit: Per your reply, other people have commented about this before me, so you're already aware of it, but have seemingly done nothing about it. You're the dominant network operator in Vietnam and consistently ranked #1 in Tourist Sim Cards here. You can do better. People rely on your company. Thank you for the reply.

No English. So many years of awful comments about Viettel and this app, and yet they have done nothing to address the situation. I guess they don't want the tens of thousands of English speakers that visit as tourists or live here as expats to use their network. Try another provider!

Toggle for VN/EN language preference should be on the opening screen of the app. It has been years, they still couldn't translate a few short strings! The delevopment team must be criminally incompetent. Considering a few thousand tourists buy viettel sims first thing from the airport everyday, this seems like a really unwelcoming indifference on the part of Viettel. I'm a professional linguist. Reach out to me, I'll do it for free if you are unable to yourselves.

The app took my money TWICE but then the money never showed in my viettel account. I tried to get help on the customer service facebook group and they ignored my messages. Give me my money back Update: they responded and blamed it on my bank and told me to reach out to them. I used a credit card in their payment portal.

No English language in the app.. This app doesn't support English language, there are many foreigner in Vietnam that are subscribed to Viettel and not knowing vietnamese language, please add some features that enables users to switch between languages

I can't login with biometrics, it keeps giving me the error message "Hệ thống đang bận. Vui lòng thử lại sau!" I'm unable to top up my sim card as I'm currently out of the country, and my sim card is no longer receiving SMS texts from Viettel. So I can't even access my account.

It's better for you to choose another operator, here is why: No English, Annoying advertising, NO English, A lot of useless notification, THERE IS NO ENGLISH!!! Bad mobile internet. Afwul cell operator!

No English language. So you cannot check data used. Viettel wants foreigners to use up their data so they can dial back their speed to save money, or to force them to top off their sim if they arent on an unlimited plan. The coverage is nice and quick. But for a major cell phone provider to not have multiple languages it's clear they want to keep you ignorant to how much data you have left. They can hire people to respond to reviews in English on here, but they cannot translate their app?
