Still testing this camera out. Half the time when the videos are selected in the app to be deleted, you will click on Yes to delete, but nothing happens after the confirmation prompt disappears. So you have to reselect the videos again and hope they finally get deleted. It would also be nice to have an option to select all videos at once. When you turn off the LED indicator and go back into the settings in the app, it turns back to on. It should stay off.

1 it sucks that you only get one day and not an option to put a external storage in. 2 if two people own the house, only one person can be admin. 3 The aspect ratio seems to be a little bit off. You have to hold the phone sideways in order to see the full view. I've used other apps and right side up or sideways. do you see the same view just smaller. 4 OMG why does it ask me every single flipping time I log in to share my location?

The app is worth using. The interface is self explanatory- making it easy to use. It shows a clear detailed real time video / picture when you check it & will automatically save any pictures to the device your using to check it with & this is with the free version. However, I almost gave 3/5 stars because the recent new firmware update seems to pop offline frequently & at times takes a few minutes before it comes back on. I gave 4 stars because I know how good it was before the update.

Ugh. So I've installed this app on 3 devices and opted into the Pro features. It says I have the free trial and should have access to the Pro features. I dont. I signed up for it because I need access to all footage for more than 24 hours and my account does not reflect this. Their support is useless. The cameras are great but the app is faulty.

No option to disable motion detection. Even on the lowest setting, there was no way to adjust the area of focus to cut out traffic driving by and I have no other placement options for my porch... Video quality, features, and sounds all work great! Just wish the motion detection had an OFF setting too. :/

Customer service is poor. I've been trying to change my plan to basic from elite. I have done everything that they said. Cancel app then reinstall. It just pulls up my past account. Aside from not being able to get through to customer service the quality of the cameras are not that good, might vision is almost non-existent. I have a system that I feel has been a waste of money for the last few years. Again, getting technical support is next to impossible. Find a better system.

I'm giing it a 1 star because I can't give it a 0. I bought the single disc-shaped camera because it was on sale on Amazon. Now I got a lightweight doorstop. It can't even do that right. I installed the app, and setup the wifi. Of course, the camera won't connect to the app. When I went to Google play to install app, I saw the rating of 2.0 and was filled with instant regret. Thanks Toucan for living up to the Google Play rating. IN THE JUNK DRAWER IT GOES. MONEY WASTED...

LELA TRAINING CENTER

I have reached out to Toucan because I have 7 Toucan devices at my home. I recently changed my email address and forgot to update this in my Toucan app. As a result, I am unable to access the app to make any changes. I reached out to Vupoint via email and was asked to submit proof of purchase and the device serial numbers. I have submitted all documents required. However, I am still not able to view my devices. Extremely difficult to reach costumer service for support after the sale.
