The app works. It only really shows you your plan information, your PCP, and your digital card. All other links lead to their website or to call. So not that helpful, but it's something. 👍

App doesn't work. My member page is blank and the app shuts down when I cick on the contacts icon. The only thing that works is the settings page. I can't access plan info or member ID cards, or anything.

Not sure the point of this app. I can't pay my monthly bill, nor can I look up providers. It shows my Dr name and phone, which I have in my phone contacts already. It shows my card... They built an app just for that?!?

The app use to open. For the past 6 months the app is just a white blank screen. It doesn't open, it needs to be fixed and updated.

I am never able to sign in, the app never recognizes my password. It is very incovenient when trying to access my information when I'm at a medical provider.

The app is unusable. The Member tab is empty; I dont know that the Contacts page contains because the app crashes.

I installed the app but could never get passed the sign up, it just kept giving me errors. This app doesn't work!

Blank page. Useless app and looks like their website is useless too because it won't let me log in there. Says "user is not eligible"
