Hate this app!! CONSTANT BUFFERING to the point that I just stop watching because I am so frustrated and aggravated!!! Have restarted my phone constantly, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it for the latest version and it STILL doesn't work right!! Totally sucks! I never had this problem until we got the latest upgrade and a new router and now it got worse instead of better. So done with this!

Used this app for the last 6 years, on mobile and even TVs or streaming services from Roku, fire stick and onn... I cannot stream outside of home WiFi (which defeats the purpose of "Stream Anywhere") and I can't even cast what I'm watching to my tv from my phone anymore. Making this whole app and service ✨ absolutely useless ✨ Time to change cable providers so I can watch my programs and sports teams when and WHERE I feel like watching them. Xfinity is garbage.

Within the last 24 hours or so, I haven't been able to completely open the Xfinity Stream app. When I select the app, it typically goes to the "home" page, but when selecting the "live tv" option, it simply hangs there and the grid is never displayed. Within a few seconds, the pop-up displays, offering to wait or close the app. Could this be related to the recent update to the app? It happens on both my phone and tablet (both Androids); even after reloading the app.

Absolute garbage. App won't load ony phone after the latest update. I am so sick of Xfinity. Never works correctly in my home either. I'm always missing a channel or having pixilation issues. I have to reset my box at least once a week if not more and my monthly bill is outrageous. I think it's finally time to cut the cord. If I could rate ZERO stars, I would.

Terrible. Outside of home network way too restrictive. Says cannot stream outside of home... but I can log into channel apps with my xfinity creds... so all they have accomplished is making things complicated. Tried the download option, app still requires a network connection to watch downloaded content... why? The whole reason for downloading content is to watch when offline. By the way, the download is uncompressed, so huge in size. What a embarrassing disaster of an app.

Always a new problem with each update. It stopped letting me watch recordings without an update so I updated the app a couple weeks ago. Now it does let me watch things on the DVR but I cant watch anything that I didnt record myself and plays with required commercials. I can watch the same shows that wont play on my phone on my laptop so it is the app. Urgh.

This app has to be the single worst streaming app I've used. I'm trying to watch a downloaded football game, and half the time I try to fast forward, it quits afterward and I have to reopen the video, which is now at the beginning and I have to find where it quit. It's done this over two dozen times and it's taking everything in my strength not to smash my tablet on the seat in front of me. Absolute garbage. This has literally never happened with YouTube when I download videos.

Casting to Google TV totally unusable. Customer service/support of course is totally useless as they are on any and every issue that unplugging something can't fix. Just another part of the whole fantastic X-Monopoly experience... If you have any alternative to Comcast, choose that instead.
