How can you be blocking the couriers by listening to the users only , the couriers also need attention too. Blocking a courier because the user chooses an option that can favor him or her before canceling a trip is not fair. You have to do something about it

Extremely awful app to drivers, very deceptive and full of blackmail. Drivers have no voice in anything app related. Ride hailer willingly punish drivers because they're voiceless against yango and it's administration. Greedy antics

The idea is fantastic, but: 1.Upgrade the app so that it also shows AMOUNT & DESTINATION before the driver accepts the request. It's extremely UNSAFE/UNFAIR for the driver to only know the destination & amount after pickup & starting the ride. 2.The AMOUNTS are too small & very discouraging, even most riders feel pity for drivers. The MINIMUM AMOUNT must be at least K50 because cost of FUEL & SPARE PARTS are too high. 3DON'T BLINDFOLD & TAKE DRIVERS FOR GRANTED BECAUSE YOU CAN'T DO WITHOUT THEM.

Add the fares section before you accept the offer on yango Pro. Then on the customer's apps need to suspend the part of reducing fares and others putting wrong locations where pickup, when they call, and giving directions, which is different from the GPS on yango Pro

Yango need to do better on poor pricing of trips. Find suitable options to insure riders and drivers on the app Improve their mapping system to ensure easy access Create open forum for analysing and addressing riders and drivers pressing issues or concerns Stop using views from only clients or customers to restrict drivers or riders accounts Yango commission charges are very high in percentage. Yango and partners charges on every single trip is Very bad.

it's easy to use and so helpful but the prices are only good and beneficial to passengers and not drivers , considering the cost of fuel and spares for the cars the prices are so less ,I think it's great that shud just improve on pricing and some of the locations the mapping in some areas is pathetic.
