This is app is quite slow to operate and order. I've ordered first time and My worst experience is related to payment. I tried to pay using UPI. But cart page use to reload and order did not place. This happened two times and both time my money was debited. Then i talk with restaurant and told to hold on for two days, money will be credited automatically. It's was fourth day, money didn't credited and i talked payment aggregateor and after week my money credited. So please don't online payment.

Terrible app. After placing order and paying online, there is no update of delivery status on the app and no one answering the phone at the outlet or even on the contact number mentioned on the app. Horrible. It's been 90 mins since I placed order and I have made payment also.

You can consider this as a zero star. They said download new app for seamless pizza delivery experience. It was not seamless, it was useless. On Friday, BOGO applied and still no discount reflecting in cart. Amount to be paid till payment gateway is full of 2 pizzas on Large size. Also, after downloading old app they said download new app and thought whether it is actually new app or someone has got into their server and new app is a scam? Also, no contact numbers for the outlet available.

The app is very slow loads for 5-6 minutes after tapping each button only interface is better everything else is slow it is not accepting payment not through card not through cash and applying offer was very irritating because it didn't apply after waiting for 5-6 minutes. Last app was way better than this one.I hope it would be better soon

There is No option for Zero (0) or Minus star so *. They don't take orders on call, were doing prior. No Delivery If less thn some amount they decided. On call they says, you will get 50% off, download it n get it. It's Fake statement. Even IN app order even we orders they Don't have Ordered stuff. Then why are you wasting prestigious time of ours. We are Not freebies like you. 🙏🏻

Worst experience from la milano pizzeria!! Order was cancelled by the store at 1:00AM after the payment has been done,and NO REFUND had been issued by them!! After 24 hours there was no response by the store.

Very slow App, lots of bugs needs fix, takes too much time for loading, every time i open app its automatically logout, it gives 20 seconds to accept OTP which is too short and facing time out.
