After last update the app became not useful. Unstable, disappearing maps. Doesn't recognize login (sometimes). Very disappointed with that bugged software. Hardware works fine but the software is really to be rewritten. I'm using Conga 4090 and 5090. Both same problems. Support... doesn't help for fixing. I hope in a major upgrade!!!

The app doesn't work half the time and the device keeps glitching. It is a pain to map the house and set up rooms and this keeps getting deleted automatically, to add to it even with the map it doesn't clean all areas marked and stops randomly. Also customer service in India is pathetic for this, tried to get their help for a month before giving up, where the kept telling me to try the same thing repeatedly on call, instead of fixing or replacing. Not worth it, go for any other brand.

Used to do the job but for some reason now having lots of problems with connectivity on the app side, also the map keeps disappearing or just doesn't display at all. Now downgraded to 2 stars. Please sort it out. App version 1.2.5 conga 4090 on Samsung S22 Ultra. In my fire hd10 tablet, map is displayed correctly and everything works fine!? Update: Maps also work on P30pro, it seems this issue is affecting only certain phones. ( everything works but Maps do not show, just a black screen )

The robot is great but the application needs a lot of improvements to be useful. Within last update scheduling doesn't work, in order to change the room to be cleaned you need to repeat the operation twice to be displayed correctly and to start cleaning and lastly recently I am being kicked out from the app due to "session expired" issue. I could list many more issues. Please hire UX and test it before rolling it out to your customers.

The App is fine at the beginning and has some very interesting features, but after using it for a while we are a bit disappointed. The robot loses its home location within the map, so you have to delete the current map and create a new one. This happens very often. We also had to reset the robot once since the App was not working properly. As of July 2021, the App still has many bugs, the robot works fine but the software is yet to be upgraded!!!!

I have been happily using my conga for a year but after the latest updated have been unable to do so! The map disappeared, and even when it was there the conga didn't follow the schedules nor map pattern. It's not a cheap machine so please fix this issue! It's been several months and I am unable to use the machine via the app nor the remote...it switches on and does what ever it wants, mainly going round in circles. Very disappointed! 😔

App does not let me login my profile had been automatically deleted. Used to work earlier not sure what is gone wrong. I was connected to 2.4GHz network but now everytime I open the app it says network unavailable. Please fix this issue. Update: Found the issue. I had configured my WiFi router only for 2.4GHz 802.11N wireless network which failed to connect. After reconfiguring and enabling it to the older 802.11 b/g network it connected easily without a problem. Works well now. Thanks.

App's configuration is not transmitted to the robot, so there's no way to set any cleaning plan along the day. Also, app constantly kicks you out saying that "Session has expired". It's an absolute mess. -- La configuración de la aplicación no se envía al robot, por lo que no se puede configurar ningún plan de limpieza. Además, la aplicación continuamente cierra la sesión diciendo que "La sesión ha expirado". Es un auténtico desastre
