Very poor performance. Live tracker is not showing the car from last 15 days. There are some glitch in the app. Every time location and car location is differ. When I am seeing the live location every time close the app then restart the live location.

Very poor performance. Not at all real time location reflecting. Need to re open every time for getting live location. Notifications not coming ingine off/on. I have taken this as mandatory in my new commercial car. It's a waste of money. I have tried to write email on suggested email id but its also fake.

trackurate is such a reliable app for real-time vehicle tracking. i love how it gives accurate location updates, helps monitor routes, and makes managing vehicles super easy. it’s perfect for staying on top of things without any hassle.

New update of the app is not working properly everytime I opened the app it automatically throws out then on second click app opened . App does not show live location of car. Never recieved any notification from the app like engine is started, car is moving ( older version shows all those notification). It always show that engine icon red weather engine is on or off.

After 3-4 days of smooth run, App behaves abnormal, asks for location permission and after Log In it shows "No vehicle found". Then I uninstall and again downloaded the app. Then only, the app again runs smoothly. I am facing this problem, again and again, after every 4-5 days. Please remove the Bug or error in the app.

Very bad, app keeps on the first screen, saying "Hold tight, speeding up". Even the login page is not appearing after providing all permissions. Pathetic experience. If there is a 0 star option, this app should get that.

Worst tracking app ever used. It doesnt auto refresh when the app is minimized and opened back. To make sure that it shows correct position, we have to keep terminating the app and open again. Frustrating! Giving one star as i am not able to give 0 star

Very bad experience. Stop cheating. No body listen from customer care. Very slow app. Can't see the live location. It's always say "waiting for data to read". Definitely not recommend. Better option available on Amazon and flipkart in better prize. These people are useless. They are making fool us. MARUTI ALANKAR PATNA should not recommend this device. After talking to customer care team the app works 3 days smoothly. Then again same problem. I am going to throw the device in dustbin.
