Bir telefonun işlevsel durumunu değerlendirmeye yardımcı olan Mobil Teşhis uygulaması.Rabbit Exchange, yeni bir telefon karşılığında takas ortağına (Amazon) satılacak bir kullanıcının telefonunun işlevsel durumunun değerlendirilmesine yardımcı olur.
Süreç şu şekilde işliyor:
1. Uygulama, kullanıcı tarafından takas ortağının (Amazon) platformunda değişim siparişinin verildiği telefona indirilmeli ve kurulmalıdır.
2.Uygulamanın kurulumundan sonra kullanıcının, ortağın teslimat acentesi tarafından sağlanan uygulamayı çalıştırmak için 6 haneli benzersiz kodu girmesi gerekir.
3. Benzersiz kod girildikten sonra kullanıcının, başlamak için gerekli uygulama izinlerini verdikten sonra listelenen teşhis testlerini telefonunda çalıştırması gerekir.
3. Listelenen tüm testler tamamlandıktan sonra, uygulamanın son ekranında değerlendirme sürecinin tamamlandığını gösteren bir Exchange Referans Kodu (Başarı/Başarısızlık Kodu) oluşturulacaktır.
4. İş ortağının teslimat acentesi, iş ortağı platformundaki telefonundan Değişim Referans Kodunu tarayacak ve cihazı alma veya almama durumunu görecektir.
5. Kullanıcının eski telefonu sıfırladıktan sonra teslimat görevlisine teslim etmesi gerekir.

I installed this app for Amazon exchange. All the tests were passing. But the result showed "some tests are failing" (And the list of failed tests were also been empty). Such a worst application for mobile verification. Then at the end, with no options left, I had to cancel my order in Amazon.

Worst app. Not able to exchange my phone due to technicals glitch. Order for cancelled. Reordered the phone but same issue. The support team is even worst. Wrote to them but they didnt even bother to reply. Would recommend not to use Amazon mobile exchange as your phone will not be exchanged without this app and this app has a low of bugs and glitches so they ask for paying the money which is a biggest scam. And one more thing, Amazon customer care executive are clueless about the solution.

Worst diagnostic app, though all tests are passed, showing "some tests are failed". When checked on full diagnostic no failed testcases are showing. When completion code was entered, it is showing incorrect details mentioned by delivery person. He also mentioned that 3 out of 5 devices he checked showed the same issue and failed with verification.

Very poor app for Amazon exchange ,all tests is pass but result shows " some tests have failed " also listvof failed test shows empty delivery boy test it in front of me there is no imei option not coming such too much bad application need to improve it if i cancel the order my exchange promotional coupon is also cancel what i do ........... ? There is no option for zero star so I give 1 star, this is very fake application design for Amazon, if u exchange your old phone with Amazon this application is showing something wrong and delivery person give you 2 option ither you cancel the order or pay difference of exchange value, this is scam application please don't exchange your old phone with Amazon ,if you want to exchange your old phone then go with local store because they are giving old phone's best offer in front of you.

Worst app I have ever seen. All the tests passed but still shows some test have failed. Still the code apears and when shared the code with delivery partner he said wrong code. Because of this my order got cancelled. Amazon partnered with this and it's not working. Users are getting affected.

The worst app. Cheating customers. SMe device passes in Amazon testing however when testing in rabbit exchange says failed but literally device works well for all those test. When asked pick up agent he doesn't have answer and there is no customer care nor the app says why it is failing. When failed it has to give reasons abc... something. Bugs in app to be fixed. Do not trust this app. All festive day offers r gone with this useless and idiotic apps
