Stable app. Good support. Missing the option to backup other file types than pictures on phones.

The app needs a big improvement. In albums, you can't sort your photos. You can't change their dates, which are sometimes wrong, and you can't caption them. Besides that, I enjoy the app.

This application is okay when it works. One has to juggle between portrait & landscape view just see a longer file name, which is very awkward. A smaller listing might help with the problem in viewing longer file names. This application has a serious problem with zipping a folder before downloading to my phone since I end up with a ZIP archive that can be opened! I now have one photo that absolutely can not be backed up and I can't figure out why!

It costs a lot but it's so worth it! I love not having to guess how much storage I need and not having to overthink whether or not to save files. The interface is good. Support staff are excellent and expedient. Can be a little confusing at first. Ever improving. Apps on all my devices keep it simple. Being able to view my files online is 5star worthy in itself.

When Im in photo view and scroll down or up it accidently too often see it as a side swipe and changes to Places... can we please get a disable that side swipe as its so irri constantly being sent to Places when I just wanna browse my photos

I have been a Jottacloud user since 2012. Yesterday I decided to download the 960GB of data that I had stored there only to find out that I could only download 465GB of my files, the rest have a "file not found" error message. Thousands of files, pictures and videos lost. I have unsubscribed and deleted my account and moved to ProtonDrive instead. To Jotta: I had a separate account (deleted) and I did not create a ticket because others in same situation never got their files back.

Got this because more popular solutions didn't have individual plans for more than 4TB storage. Unlimited storage sounded tempting, but there had to be a downside: the sync is just awful. It worked fine when I tested the free account, but once I got a paid one and went over 5Gb, files stopped uploading to the cloud from Win folder. Mobile uploads work 50:50. What's the point in unlimited storage if you can't use it? Also, you can't select subfolders in selective sync. Don't waste your money!

Brilliant on desktop! Messy tragedy on phone. it now only upload photos and videos, I can get past that. What makes it basically unusable for me is that it now throws ALL photos and videos from ALL folders and across all devices into one bug messy combined photo/video list that they leave up to you to then again sort after it has been backed up.... WHY? Keep folder names/sorting from phone AND seperate the backups from different devices. For now, clearly backing up thru computer is only option
