This is so frustrating, Recent changes to this app are terrible. There was nothing wrong with the old app and the new changes now make it difficult to understand the hearing aid settings. UPDATE: Now they changed the app again and I have no control over the hearings devices. Very sad, it once worked flawlessly and now nothing works at all. Not sure I can trust this company with my hearing.

I bought the aid because the app worked at first. I m working with deceloper to solve the problem. It works sort of well on my old Motorola one, but i have to ignore the "bluetooth not turned on" because it is. Is not finding decices on my good phone running Android 11. Seems they need to go back to old app. Will return aids if app does not work.

Very unhappy they won't connect to my bluetooth. The app says to turn it on, when it is on. The amplifier is pretty good. I like that you can control the sound by tapping them. Am I missing something? How do you connect them to bluetooth? I have tried everything!

This app refuses to find ZVOX VoiceBud VB20 device even though dealer said it was compatable. Bluetooth has found the VB20 on both cell phones Nexus 5 and LG V20 as well as Android tablet and Chromebook. Have uninstalled and reinstaled countless times, over 10 times. The Zvox app was not much better, it only found the device every other time and when it did it would not customize it at all. Negative stars if I could for the frustration and misleading claims.

5 stars now. Love it! History: I was very happy with the hearing aid and app. Then, after an app update, the app stopped connecting to the hearing aid. A couple days later, they fixed the app. It works perfectly again. Very quick response to the problem. Wonderful hearing aid, wonderful app!

So far I am not enjoying the fact that I cannot pair the phone to the app. I may update later. Also, what the sense of sending such huge ear piece buds? Like we all have the same size canal? Might could overlook that, substitute others for these....IF the phone and devices paired. Will update my review if I send back get a pairing or throw across the room, whichever comes first.

Your soundwear app I am not being able to get all the way in to my app to work my hearing aids I like the sound of my hearing aids I would buy them again but they sound where app needs to be worked on I would refer these hearing aids to anybody that needs a pair they have perfect face they answered the phone perfect but I cannot get into the app

Okay app. They never sync up on the first try. Usually it takes two or three tries to get the hearing aids to sync.
