I rated this experience 2 stars. The driving license process was smooth & efficient. However, I didn't give 3 stars due to some technical issues with the app: 1. During initial registration, the app displayed an error message (Something went wrong). Fortunately, the appointment staff helped resolve the issue. 2. The app is entirely in Arabic, and the language change option doesn't work. To improve the user experience, I kindly request that you optimize the app & resolve these technical issues.

I have passed my computer test in first attempt but my status in app is not changed. In exam results it is written passed but license progress is still 64% due to which I am not able to get appointment for practical class .. I am trying from last 2 days but still same issue. I am not able to get appointment for practical class.

When registering, I did all the steps, but otp never came to complete registration despite requesting many times. tried to re-register but the app error msg says "email and ID number already is use". Is it possible for JDS to help fix this when I go to the school?

Everything is good but i dont ynderstand why are there appointments for practical class after computer test . My friend took computer test from dallah and he got the license next day . Whereas in JDS its been 2 days and there is no available appointment . Its too much time taking. They really need to fix this

It's better to try another school they are not well organized when it comes to the schedules for practicing and updates on the App

I have passed my computer test I first attempt but my status in app is not changed in exam results this app hi poor service for checking the status I log out the app and now they are not accepted my id number and password this app is very bad service kindly Don't ignore that

After registration, no OTP was sent despite many requests to resend it , and could not start the process again as my info are already registered, but can't activate my account , really such a mess
