Not a great app. cant scroll down to transaction level or upload payment documents. It takes long time for payments to update and that too much later than actual date August 2023. The website and app have both crashed. I mean in these times app and website are a necessity. Please make sure they are secure and are up and running.

Very poor & rubbish app. Difficult to open, this app crashes frequently. It wastes a lot of time. I also saw many people stranded in their office complaining for different issues with no output. Ultimate answer from staff is, "we have told kernel sab, he is not doing anything". I wonder what this dumb team will deliver in so called "smart city".

Dang. How can the project be smart when the app of it is of pathetic quality. I understand the app crashes, but it crashes almost on every another version. We just don't know what is a quality and how to serve the best and win confidence and trust. Horrible, totally horrible project and management.

Please check your app it's not working. It's loading again and again on splash screen. When open the application it's loading when load complete it's then to notification page where we have agree button and without doing anything it's loading again.

I haven't received my original receipts till now even after 2 years. Their staff is unprofessional and very bad response. No reply to emails and msgs. One guy gives others number and so on. No one to check their behavior. Third Class App. Keeps crashing again and again. If you get it to open somehow no way of existing it.

Change your app team, both of your website and mobile app are not secure. Built in non-secure platform (PHP) which is super dangerous. Also its not stable, does not load. Where is Smarty City Digital leadership team and why they are not aware of this issue. Both app and website are down, no links working to show customers data. All customers data is on danger. I belive you guys have just very junior team, you should put money on this task and hire good team or delegate IT work to some company.

App is not working. Its not working from the first go. When I opened the app it asks for update or close the app. If you choose to update it doesn't gives an option for update. Immediate fixing required
