Had some issues in the past but the updates have really polished the app considerably! Also the support team is always prompt and helpful. Great for scheduling and general communication.

Helpful app to keep track of schedules and see who's working the shift for you. I like the communication a little bit, it's simple and easy. I do wish that there was a way you could access what hours you have already worked for the week instead of seeing the estimated hours or having to inaccurately add up what you have worked. (I took up an extra shift and it's still saying I'm working 39 hours for the week when realistically I'm going to have about 44-46 hours).

Updated review to 4 stars. Has gotten better over the past 6 months. Lots of little things about this app makes it not worth having. Half the time it never works as it is supposed to.

Great app although the message lag is a huge issue. Half of my team receives the communication half doesn't. I also have team members post important messages. I'll get a notification for although it's not available for me to see as the District Manager. I am required to monitor all communication. It's making me fail in this area of my job!

Could not get into the app log in because of the phone number, kept saying wrong number, but it was the right one. Customer Service helped me very quickly, fixed it, and got me all set up.

This app has 3 major flaws, it crashes when you take a screen shot (which given that this is an app for schedules is very annoying), it doesn't load unless there is good to great signal, and there isn't any way to get your schedule or even seen it offline. All of which just make this app almost more difficult to use than it should be.

Where do I begin. If you use the text option to download the Next app, this is NOT the app that you are given a download link to. This a problem, as if support is contacted, they will insist that THIS is the app you are supposed to be using instead, and will stop working with you. Edit: verification is now working, sometimes. Chat is completely broken. Can see drop downs for notifications, but when opened, always says chat is unavailable. Schedule is at least working, but that's it.
