Not well planned at all. English mode still has lots of Albanian. App requires sms 2FA which doesn't work if you don't have a phone plan. If your android uses 3-button navigation then parts of the app's critical functionality are cut off the screen (including the payment button). Text is half cut off in areas. It is a pain to sign into. And more.

Would like to have the Dark Mode Option and Free Mobile Data Usage Upon on Opening The App and Navigation it From The Vodafone Network. Often Times The Bundle Ends Up Unnoticed and We Need To Activate Another One Through The App But We Need To connect To A Public Random Wi-Fi Network, that would be a resolution for above and Would Be A Gain for You and Us. Mentioning Also That One Simple opening The App and Navigating it Takes Huge Amount of Data. Regards

One star bc they just removed one of the best features like internet share , and now you can give only 100mb/ day.. or pay 30 for 1gb with maximum limit /month 1 gb and 3gb if u pay. let yet their compelling contract plan for 18 months or 24 motnhs , instead of monthly good packets without forming a contract bc not everyone wants a 2 year or 1 and half year contract, make it more versatile please

Unable to pay bills through the app. After it takes you to the bank verification, it promptly exits the window and says "Something went wrong" (not an error on bank side, I've checked). A few weeks ago I was unable to activate a data package even though the account was topped up. Had to go to a shop to do that Whatever other features it might have are useless if you can't do the most basic things. Defeats the purpose of even having the app.

The app does not work. It seems to just be a functionless interface. Just a gimmik. Probably a scam. Cannot pay using the app, even after getting the latest version. Like with every Vodafone issue, customer support online does not work. Have to go to a physical shop to fix the issue. Probably going to change to another provider after using Vodafone for 20 years. Well done Vodafone, losing a client of 20 years.

This program is great,however, a thing that I hate is that it doesn't tell you how much MB or GB you have spent or are spending while on roming.And that is very important because I want to know,because if I spent more then my contract gives me while roaming is on then I will have to pay more money;which for some people on a budget paying more money hurts,a lot!Both economically and spiritually

The only reason for which I use this App is paying online the receipts, and IT DOESN'T WORK!!!!! Been a pain in the neck for a long time already, but nobody seems to care, even though I reported the situation several times. How can they even say they are N.1 when they don't have this basic feature working???

Disappointed 😞, I lost 3400lek just because no information about next recharge ore experiment. Not one message or update for the last moment of expiration. It's a shame. Very disappointed 😞
