UPDATED 2/26/25 - recent update has some bugs. It stopped updating the percentage so I had to uninstall and reinstall. Might work good right after reinstalled, but then stops working again. The only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall each time. original review: I love having the ability to monitor my tank level, but my app is missing the temperature and contact options. I have a new google pixel 8 pro, and my app is up to date, so I don't know why these options are missing.

Worked great at first, but now it's been stuck at the same level for about five days. I don't want to have to uninstall and reinstall the app, given the hassle I've had with getting my password to take. Not happy to have to go outside to read the manual gauge when my propane for my heat approaches a critical level. Isn't that one of the key points of the app?

I guess there was an update recently, but the app went downhill in my opinion. The graph isn't working, call client was added, but I am the client...so what is the point, right ? It changed right after my last fill, do not know if that was what triggered the change.

App does not work! Recent update installed, and now the application will not work! Will not allow Logon or password reset. Customer service is useless! Directed me to the Local Gas supplier. They said contact the Customer Service for the application. The Application was useful prior to the update. Now, the app is useless!

This app is getting dangerous, I requested a fill and only got 39 percent. I am disabled and had my neighbor check the tank when I ran out the app said there was more than enough to last for delivery but my tank meter said 5 percent!! I was without heat for 3 days. Then to only have it FILLED to 39 percent!! I've had no problem until just recently to be fair, but winter is not the time to have a problem with propane in Michigan

I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want see the updated tank level. it continually locks on one measured level and displays "an error occurred" if you try to track your usage.

Good start, but missing some features. Very nice to get the level report remotely, but as others have noted it would be great to have more historical data available. I would also love to have an Alexa skill to check by a voice command. Kind of selfish, but other similar apps have gotten this right and it's convenient and cool. It would also be good to add some help information within the app.

It is a form of an insurance for us. Not having to go outside is a plus makes a person lazy however but saves you an unnecessary expense, should you get it too low or forget to call in if you are not on a keep film basis. I have a reminder set up once a week to check it via the app plus it is interesting to see how much or how little is used with a different activity such as heating the home versus canning season.
