Essentially non-functional. Can barely set a network name and password without bugs. The app is the only option as they lock you out of almost all browser based router controls. Port forwarding does not function, it appears as though they've secretly restricted it. Customer service I've dealt with has been completely inept and a gratuitous waste of time. The whole experience has been so abysmal I will be changing providers as from my research the issues have been going on for years.

Very buggy. First, they need to bring all their apps under one. Having multiple can be confusing and annoying. Then, they need to work on stability. Ex, for the Rogers (Shaw) billing app, it refuses to log in on the first try. Ex, as of right now, the Xfinity app (Still labeled BlueCurve in my modem settings) still won't let me change my networks name or password. And that's just recent. Like, really? Your company makes how much? 😐 More comments, not enough words.

It's a horrible app. You set the pause function on your kids tablets or devices which is nice. However, when you go to unpause it you have to mess around with it, You have to manually pause it, then unpause it, then go back in and finally the "Wake up" Button shows up and you can finally "wake up" the profile you want. And then there's days like today where the app will not open so now I can't wake up the devices... And yes I've tried resetting my phone it's not the phone.

After 6hrs with customer service, I am still left without a working app and therefore unable to setup my network. Customer service chat is 0/10 Will be switching providers and returning all equipment. I do not recommend the app or the service provider. Just to update the developer: yes it is the correct app. After 6hrs of training on modem troubleshooting, I think I can safely say that I had run through all possibilities

Installed the app. Thing won't open. Just tries loading, crashes, re-opens, crashes, rinse repeat. Small indy company obviously. I'm sending the modem back and dropping service to what I had before with the old modem. If there's a problem with that, Telus has been begging for my business for a decade now.

Pease stop trying to tell us the app makes it easier. It's awful, plain and simple Navigating is a pain: you can go three or four levels deep into the menu and then clicking the back button on screen takes you all the way to the home screen. so if you want to modify multiple profiles it's an exercise in patience. When you find port forwarding it's a nightmare. sometimes it works, most times it doesn't. And if you have forwards for a device that leaves your network you can't change or delete them

I am a new customer and the app worked for about one day. Now when it opens the overview screen is blank. I get notifications of camera detection that I can't even view. Tried logging out and back in and reinstalling the app with no change. Tried to use the help feature that points me to the shaw website where I get no results when searching for this issue. Don't really want to wait hours on a call to fix something that should just work. Pretty disappointing so far.

Rebooting does nothing, at least not for long, restarting everyday more then one time is very annoying Still the worst internet ever, had to Restart twice today and it's still not working, i guess the only thing left is telus.Front door camera does not stay connected , as promised. Now the audio stops when trying to watch TV, and that never happened with SHAW.
