Fairly typical dashcam app. This app is just as good as more expensive units and you don't need an acct. The app works but requires disconnection from Android Auto or Apple Carplay first. It can be hard to find a video if you don't set loop recording to 3 minutes so you minimize the number of files. Using voice commands to lock videos makes them much easier to find. Downloading to the phone is slow but you can always put the SD card in a computer and play on a big screen.

This app is absolutely terrible. It never seems to save the videos correctly. You go to pull up the videos and half of your ride is missing. I've locked videos before that were important and they simply dissappeared. Half the time the camera has the wrong data and time, so the videos are all mixed up. I wouldn't trust this app at all to rely on in case of an accident, because you probably won't even have the video to show.

Says stop instead of start recording. It's reversed. Requires mobile.data off to use. Can't do anything unless you stop recording. It tries to start recording while you're trying to do things in app. Hardwire kit just says confirm but doesn't say if it is on or off or if working. Turns off over night Take a picture never actually takes a picture because they are not saved, it just says the audio.

I used to think it was pretty great but after a while of not looking at the app, I decided to look today and suddenly nothing seems to be saved. I was just driving around it said recording started as normal but under the "Normal" use folder in the device folder and in the dash cam folder there are no recordings. I took a snapshot to test and it saved that fine. I also can't seem to switch camera in the app anymore to the rear one, just comes up a black screen though the snapshot showed it fine.

Dissapointed update does not fix the lack UTC +13. System time is correct when phone is connected. When canera is repowered reverts back to being 1 hour behind. Contacted builder several times. So they do know about it. Shame really a good camera.

Many problem... 1) Time and date are not correct. 2) Sometime the wifi can't connect So I can't download video. Tried many times but still the same. Waste of time. 3) Now I'm using the second dascam lingdu after the first one can't be used for less than a month and it's still under warranty period. 4) The video has to be downloaded quickly before it disappears. 5) Many people complain about this but you don't even bother to update the app.

after I received my dashcam, I contacted customer service to find out the app is missing some function the way it should be. though this function should be available they way they promote. 3 days later, they replied to me this phrase. Sorry. (This function is removed from our software app and will not be available to use by the app ) Seriously!!!!! I bought the dashcam to use this function important by the app, and you are saying the function was removed. Misleading customers.

Although good app and dows it's job, it could use more features that would make the app easier to navigate, maybe like listing dates on different pages for each recording ?
