I wondered why I still have to watch ads in the new version even though I was a premium user? Is this intended functionality or a bug? Granted, it only appeared on the front page, and interrupted my reading IF i was currently reading any link from there. It didn't appeared while reading 'Topics' or 'Exclusive' sections. Care to clarify? Edit: apparently it is a feature. The ads appeared on articles from the website tempo.co How annoying. You'd think by being premium one could be ad-free

Since I install new updates and new UI, the response of the app is very slow and unbearable. Sometimes, I cannot read the full page of Display Cover content. I already pay for subscribtion, but the experience that I have like a free reader. The previous version of the app was much better and plausible.

Payment / Subscription journey is complicated. CS ensured that subscription will be active for all device, in fact, it is not. You make customer highly anxious. Web CS reset/ auto close in less than 3mins being away, so you gotta make sure you pay premium attention when you complain. Even when you're premium, you're not allowed to take screenshot of your app content. You can't print article either because it's protected (you can "print the title and the link" smh).

when i open this app sometimes i only see a blank white screen, and i need to restart to open it again. and we must login for read some news?? why do we have to give our data for reading the news?? it is okay if you present the data better than other regular browser and easier access... your news accuracy is also can't be trusted due to your unneutral pilitical views.

One of the best media with reliable news. Please keep improving the mobile app ex. search article more infographics, and smooth load, will make more reader love to spend more time for Tempo. Dont understand why the rating is so low, but imho this app quite really good. Updates: really appreciate the dark mode feature, i think Tempo should allow screenshot on some pages, like Choice List, Magazine/Newspaper Cover List, to make easier for user to share in social media/ friends.

I actually like the old version. The current update is not user-friendly. I have to do several steps until I can find my magazine access. Also, understand that Tempo must continue to develop a profitable business model in order to maintain its quality and credibility. I get it, that makes sense to me. But why is there ads in my apps? Even as a VIP subscriber?

The old app is better, at least I can read albeit slowly. The new app just doesn't work. Sometime it's working but much kf the time it tells me that it failed to load the data. Please fix it. How come you launch an app that doesn't work.

One of the bad news provider in Indonesia, heavily skewed towards the opposition and not neutral in providing information. A lot of information provided turns out to be not factual and just copied from other "buzzer", which makes its credibility as "news provider" questionable. The UI is not user friendly.
