Unfortunately, this is a poor app for someone visiting Chitkara from overseas. It does not accept international cards nor does it connect with Google Pay through the phone. It is a good idea but executes poorly. Surely, in 2024, it can't be that hard to add support so it can accept all cards, particularly given the international nature of Chitkara.

Good UI and easy to use. Suggestion - Introduce recharge or wallet feature, like earlier in Square one cards, as it will be convenient for most of the users because a user can't always rely on Paytm or other UPI apps as Bank server down is a frequent problem.

App can be more helpful and adorable for use if u introduce some coupon scratch code or some cashback type of rewards. And in university there are more than 10k people using internet and many of the time app takes a lot of time to make the payment or place an order. May be payment struck many time due to slow internet connection. So its a suggestion to improve network quality in Chitkara University punjab. Or make the app more efficient in less data consumption.

Today I ordered food from this application, It is saying that the food is available till 1 am for some outlets, I ordered food at 10:02 pm and from that time I am waiting to get the food and its 11 pm now. The mobile number on this app to call the outlet is fake. If you can't provide services then there is no need of making application. Atleast there should be verification for outlet mobile numbers. Can't give less than 1 star,So I am giving 1 star to this application. Outlet Name South Point

my ucampus used to work perfectly fine , but now when I try to add money or make any payment, the app just says invalid token to every upi that I put , I have even mailed about this issue but still no response is there

What a low class app. Amount gets deducted from the bank account, but the app shows payment is not done. You neither get the order nor your money back. (Its been 10 days & my money is not refunded yet. ).

I have payment for order the payment has debited from my bank account successfully but order will not placed in that app .. i will concern to cakeries in college but not help getting from 3 days ..

No option of contact or complaint, very bad experience of using it. Only those things should be shown in menu which are available in square one. No option of refund.
