Edit: I updated the app since their big makeover and... just so disappointed. After 3 years I have to cancel my subscription because I can't use it anymore. Priority matrix is the only reason I can get things done! I've tried other apps and their platforms are not as organized as the matrix format. I can easily move tasks from one box to another and add as many assignments as I want. They have backups so I can't lose anything and it even syncs to my desktop!

So far so... Okay? I was getting pretty frustrated with this version not being able to delete the default project, but was able to figure it out pretty easily when I switched over to the iPad version. Also, I need more notification settings. Don't waste my time with notifications for "trending" posts if it's only trending for being my most recent thing I've commented on. Give me custom settings so I can only be notified on new content from teammates or direct messages or anything more useful.

I'm giving this Application three stars even thought I'm extremely irriatated with it and have had to uninstall and reinstall the app from the store, the website, my computer, my phone, my tablet, etc and then even when using the computer it doesn't seem to work correctly. I didn't think that after having multiple microsoft subscriptions, including multiple extra programs that cost more money would mean I couldn't use this specific app without payin $96 up front? LMAO IM GOOD they hosing us.

Unbelievably great app!!! I can't believe they pulled this off so well! It has all the features I could ever ask for!! Super well thought app! The minimalistic design makes it more user friendly! Keep up the awesome work Appfluence team!!

It's definitely a great app to check it. But there is a problem. Mostly to turn off distractions and to focus (that's what this app mean for) I often go to places which don't have network coverage or WiFi. But as this app being online it's difficult to do something on it. But my situations are forcing me to go for some other not good offline priority matrix like fourdo. That app is not great and have any good feature like you do but it's offline. I think you will definitely find a solution

As an person with ADHD and that has a variety of community projects on the go. This has increasingly been helpful. The sales team has been responsive to my requests for financial flex. They really do care. I prefer the apple versions to the pc/ android versions. It takes a bit of time to wrap my head around. But the more i use it the more helpful it becomes. The prompts each day are encouraging and help with habit formation. Fit people that are visual this is the best app!

A "trash (delete)" icon is really extremely helpful (but it is deleted now) and time saving "matrix view" !!! Around a year earlier, user could click and push the item that I want to delete to "trash" icon, then I can delete the item immediately. But now, user have to open the item > find the icon with 4 horizontal lines > and click "delete item", which cause more steps and it become much disturbance which is definitely not efficiency.

I absolutely love this app. I have tried so many different task managing apps and for me this is the best. Easy to add tasks and easy to quickly move tasks aroun between boxes and projects. I love the icons too, and how you can rename the boxes, and change their colour. Thank you for making an app that is a joy to use! x
