Frequently not available! Since the end of March the services that the app should provide are unavailable. This happened in the past, but for a few days at a time only. In case you opted for the online invoice, good luck in paying your energy bill. It is like you are begging CEZ to take your money. All other energy providers have their apps running just fine. Fix the app issues !

Not working on Android 10 This is not working anymore. Lucky we have the web option, this looks like is made to be optional. Very sad to say, but we pay too much. I might change the provider just for not being able to use the application. Joking ... Please check why is not working with MIUI 12 and Android 10. Update: something did changed right after your message came. The app started to work with my user . If you did something , thank you! Changed the rating for good intentions and support.

The most useless app I ever used. It never works and when it does it is only for a limited amount of time, plus it is location restricted, making it very difficult to use if you travel abroad. You will be better off using the web version instead. It is not worth having the app on your phone.

From user perspective it looks like Premier Energy is sabotaging itself. They put both website and app in maintenance since June 6 exactly when I wanted to download the unpaid invoice. Now I have to wait for postal delivery and in rural area that's not happening prior to due date. And who thought it was a good idea to prevent customers from downloading invoices without giving up postal invoice delivery. This makes customers who don't want to pay online to download invoices close to due date.

WORST APP EVER ... Was working perfect since Feb 2023, and who it's should manage and do the maintenance doesn't do nothing... I have contacted Cez and let them know about this app it's full of errors and I can't login in... all I get as an answer it was ( a standard message) change your password or do update. APP STILL NOT WORKING IT'S BAD.

What is happening with this company?! Both the app and the website are not working, I can't access my account and see my invoices or the payments history, I can't input the monthly index! Please do something about this!

Have use it for a while but it looks like it is not really good app. Tried to instal it again but l always get a message to say not enough space, when It was space available.
