Hard to run on low data, which is all I can get. It has you verify it's you every time and it won't load, the links expire. Update, Still will hardly run! Keeps giving me a notification I can do a review and get a free sandwich, but it just opens the app and stops. I do mobile thrus, mostly, and they never give receipts to be able to review and get the free sandwich:(

I've never been able to get this app to work. I have an Android phone. First, I couldn't sign in unless I changed my default browser from Brave. The app redirects sign-in to the default browser. Then it kept erroring as I was selecting food. I finally got my food selected, and it errors again (multiple times) when trying to check out. I ended up deleting the app and ordering at the drive-thru.

This *was* a phenomenal app, and the app that I suggested other restaurants consider as best practice / gold standard. The recent update put me off using it. Instead of pictures of variations with text, it has broken up text jumbled together. Instead of scrolling down the page to pick everything, now you have to go to individual tabs to choose each thing. Rewards (or reversing) stayed the same... phew! Hopefully the previous version returns & maybe adds breakfast and lunch filets to rewards?

When it works, it's the best. But randomly I get an error at checkout. It gets stuck in a loop of updating the order total, place order, error placing order. Days later it works, then doesn't again. It's a common issue reported in forums. My wife's identical phone can place the same order fine. I just got a new phone and a new issue. It doesn't give delivery as an option, but my wife's does. Same order, store, delivery address, app version, permissions. Very frustrating.

Basically a good app, but the Rewards are frustrating. Tried multiple times to claim Rewards that expire in 3 days. When I got to the "window", no Rewards. I did not want to hold up the drive-thru line over a $3 Rewards, so I left without. I think this is part of their strategy. Make the app easy to take your order and, therefore, your money. But not so easy to claim the free stuff. Overall, I think CFLA is a great business and I love their food. I wish they would make the 'Rewards' better

I had to change my review to 1 star. That is because the app simply does not work anymore. Even after uninstalling, installing, then re-logging in. I won't find nearby stores, even though I have been ordering from the Schertz location for 3 years, and recently one was built in my hometown, but stores simply don't exist for either delivery or pickup. I have points that I can't use, and the app glitches very often. Fix it please. Im starving.

I wanted the app to see the menu before we went. If you go through the drive-thru, you can't see the menu. The girls are taking orders and money 20 yards from the menu, plus it's flat up against the building, so you can't see it. (My husband called about it after we stopped for Lemonade today.) You should make it so we can see the menu in the app without ordering! Our Chick-fil-A in Rockingham is coming soon, just not soon enough. 😕

Used to be a good app. Used it for years. Now, it takes FOREVER to open and, very often, when it does open it says "oops something went wrong you've been successfully logged out". I just uninstalled and reinstalled for the first time and still no resolution it takes forever to open and in the end you can't log in.
