I don't hate the app, but it does cause some trouble. It signs me out frequently and when it try to sign back in it that forever to get to the sign in page and it not because of I tried it on multiple Wi-Fi networks a still tales forever. On top of that there are many times where I would but my pass work in and it would say it is incorrect which it isn't because I had it save on my phone and I'd have to create a new password. I hope these issues get fixed because it would make easier for me.

It is a massive pain to have to delete notifications and doesn't sync with the Hub to recognize when notifications have been viewed. You have to delete each notif one by one, and after deleting it, it stays there unless you back out of the page and reopen the inbox, so you can't even do it quickly. To clarify exactly how annoying this is, I had to delete every single message between 6/13/21 and 11/5/23 by hand, by opening it, deleting it, and then backing out of the inbox every few messages.

Makes you sign in over and over again. Takes a long time to load as it's a web based app so might as well just use the website (which take a long time too but you only need to sign in once so shortens the time a bit). Also there are 'apps' with in the app which really silly. I would rather have this app call all my info I want a few time on different but related screens then have to use the website on the app.

App crashes, it always asks you to log in, when you log in the keyboard stays on screen.. setup biometrics log in...

Sometimes frustrating. The app is slow and when it does let me sign in I am unable to view my schedule at times. Have constant issues similar to this.

Idk what happened but it recently changed and now i cant see my schedule on the app anymore. I have to search for "my schedule" and it just sends me to the website. Idk why its doing this but i would appreciate if it would go back.

Often fails to load, looping back to the sign-in

They changed the way the SAP record looks now to where I can't see any of my points! It only shows recognitions and any past incidents. Please put it back to how it was before!! It's a huge inconvenience of not being able to keep track of my points or even just know if I got any without me realizing it!!
