Not bad but not great. Have to manually refresh to see what's going on, and info updates can take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes. At random times you have to accept the T&C's and sign in again(!!!) when opening the app, which is quite annoying! Not a fan of the 3D house, but the rest of the features is ok.

Displays what you need, but only once you can get it to actually load. Keep getting 'time out' messages. They invested in the tech, maybe they need to actually invest in the associated application, it is truly an absolutely pathetic app. Day 1 of the equipment and I regret it due to the app and it's user interface.

Initial version was good and then an update broke the daily graphs (refresh of data issue). Now the latest update today has fixed the daily graphs but broke the monthly and yearly graphs. You need to test your updates properly before releasing them. Update 30/10/24: initial issues are now resolved. App is far more reliable/usable. Discrepancies in stats between App and Web page. App lacks user alerts. Needs ability to create alerts based on energy generated or battery charge level.

The app crashes constantly and goes offline. It's just not stable. Sometimes it works for a few days then it glitches again and again. If you are trying to control solar charging and usage the app needs to work 24/7. It always seems to have issues after updates as well.

Generally works ok on my Android phone. The usage graph was clearer in the original version and it would be really useful if I could set more than 2 charge from grid periods in a day as my supplier has 3 low cost times. Today it has been offline since lunchtime. Luckily v1 is still working.

was going to say improving, but as of today, it's been offline 90% of today. Still don't trust Agile mode scheduler to daily update to best times, need to try again soon., deleted the wifi dongle and re set up sorted setting issues and now all works.

While the GUI and layout is nice, actually controlling your system is a nightmare. When a try to set up a schedule, 95% of attempts fail. Like many others I get a timeout error. Just not good enough in today's competitive market.

Robbed time

I find this app very good. It gives me a great overview of everything going on with my electric demand and generation and state of inverter and battery. Some great graphs as well. And I haven't found any problems with setting up my system to take advantage of low overnight tariff and my EV charger. It updates only once every 5 minutes, but that is more than adequate for my needs. The costs (import and export) are not useful, but then I have other ways to track that.
