Por mucho la peor experiencia que he tenido para viajar, pésimo servicio a clientes, cancelaron mi vuelos dos veces y no me dieron otro boleto, nunca me dieron una buena atención y jamás vuelvo a comprar algo con ellos, por favor busquen otro sitio web. By far the worst experience I've ever had, poor customer service, they cancelled my flight twice and didn't give me a new one, they never answer the phones and the whole experience was worrying and exhausting, I'll never book with them again!

i have used despegar before and loved it and wanted to buy a ticket last week on here and I was willing to spend more money but their page was failing! it would not allow me to enter the name of the City for my billing info. had to buy ticket elsewhere and got it for cheaper

Don't trust this company for your travel. You could get stuck somewhere with your family! My fiancée used them to book a flight and they canceled her flight. They would not refund her money and they kept giving her the run around. I ended up buying her a different ticket through another agency so she wouldn't be stuck in a city far away from her home with her daughter. We were out hundreds of dollars. Horrible service! Look them up! We found out they have ripped off tons of people!

Horrible experience, got my flight cancelled, had to refund everything, I've wasted my time trying to book a flight by this company or whatever this is, I usually don't like to criticize services but this is messed up.

Very poor UX. I bought a ticket and I have the confirmation number but I can't find the reservation neither in the app nor the web because it does not allow me to search for the reservation by number.

The worst app ever, suddenly change my flight, and charge not one but twice the return, when I claim at the company they just delayed the answer never trust this app it's the worst of the worst
