I redownloaded this app, when it was new I liked it but didn't use it much but since I have many more plants I wanted to. Before I even won some socks from a little in app contest and had good memories. First, there's no option to log into old accounts. Second, I sent and resent a code to try to make a new account and never got the text with the code. Tried it 6 times! So I gave up. Sad because it seems like nobody else is having a good experience anymore either

App is complete garbage. It will not load upon attempting to load get a message that there's a newer version of the app and asks if you wish to continue which no matter what you choose causes the app to close. Then launching the app again all you get is the splash page. I've uninstalled but there's no telling what this is actually doing to my device.

Immediately hit a bug where it assumes your phone number is country code +91. As it isn't, you can't sign up

Couldn't set up. Like others I received a message that there is a newer app version available. When the update didn't work I uninstalled the app and installed from the Play store. App asked me to check box agreeing to terms and conditions and privacy policy but would not reveal policies. Nope. Uninstalling.

Just a suggestion. Don't test the features in production. I am able to receive all the test notifications which is quite frustrating after a certain period. This is not at all recommended . Hope to see this getting fixed as soon as possible .

Needs a phone number to login, and won't accept my phone number as it claims its an incorrect format, probably because I'm not in the U.S or U.K. Can't use the app without a phone number as it has no secondary option to create an account.

While login I have to select box saying I have read and accepted terms and conditions. I wanted to see but I couldn't found terms and conditions anywhere on that page.

I've installed a latest update of the app but when i open it it says "to continue i need to update to the latest version",, if i click yes it redirects me back to the store where i get no newer app update, and i open it again it just stick to the initialization page with the logo.
