Their website says I can find ferry service alerts within the app for Puerto Rico with picture instructions. The menu in the photo shows more options than in the app; I don't have a "service alerts" option. The "contact us" option just takes me to their website homepage. Their website doesn't list anything about covid-19 and travel restrictions. Very unhelpful.

This app is, in a word, confusing. As a resident of Anderson island who has developed multiple android apps myself, this does not meet with accessibility standards and as some have said, it can't meet the simple effective standard of its predeccesor. It is also quite bloated. This app has so far cost me 16 dollars to use, (accidentally purchased the wrong ticket) has directed me to 2 non-resolvable URLs, and the help number goes to a cruise line. This is an unwelcome, inconvenient, change.

Very difficult to navigate to purchase Anderson Island ferry tickets and to retriever them. Need to clarify to tap the 3 lines at top left for options. That is not spelled out anywhere. Our Anderson Island Assistant app has worked great for everyone for many years. Easy to purchase tickets and show your ticket to ferry ticket taker. Feels like we haze gone back 10 years with this app. Would have gone much smoother rolling it out with the old so still in use.

Boston Water Taxi option is a dysfunctional scam; paid $15, taxi never came, never received call from captain, and their phone line went unanswered. All during publicized operating hours at 6-ish pm Sat 6/18. There is a difference between an awfully design, PIA trash app that delivers service and an absolute scam app that never does. This POS is the latter. After payment, gave me no indication of status. Just said "connecting you to nearby water taxi" ad infinitum. No refund option. No phone ans

Installed this to use their audio guide for a boat tour leaving Gananoque. Two major problems: 1. App was completely useless when we were actually on the cruise when mobile data connection was not available - which is normal when out on a boat. 2. Even when connected, app is very hard to navigate

I ride a ferry daily and having to fill out my billing information and credit card info EVERY SINGLE TIME is absolutely ridiculous! Go back to the old app. This app takes up WAY too much space on your phone with all of its bells and whistles. Why can't things just be simple. I really don't like this app

It seems that this app always has the online tickets for Ceiba/Culebra/Vieques "Sold Out" there by forcing you to drive to the harbor to buy your tickets. What's the purpose of having a website that sells a limited number of tickets if you're only going to sell just a few tickets online. I gave a one star only because it's easy to navigate through this website and it populates quickly.
