Taking too much time in synchronization after completing an interview. Why cant I start new interview right away? Why do I need to wait for it to finish synchronize? You like the idea of wasting time, do you? Cant the synchronize thing happen at the back while we are doing new interview? 3 minutes doing interview, and then need to wait 5 more minutes for synchronization, and that doesnt include if it success or fail to synchronise which may lead to suspended survey which may take another 3-5

UI & UX are very old. App has many flaws and bugs. Survey builder has almost zero functionality considering other tools available in market. Programmer has to put a lot of effort even to make a copy project. Survey builder hangs a lot since it's inception.

2 star because it takes long to to sync and there are some bug on my phone it doesn't show done interviews sometimes but after sync it shows on the website that all the interviews are half done

The app always crashed each time a script is updated - can not be used at all so I need to uninstall and install several times. Any idea how to fix this problem?
