Call service of this app is the worst. Not able to make any calls even though the phone already connected to wifi. We have to try multiple times to make a call. APP also suddenly crash sometimes. I think the QA team has done the testing properly 😂. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. You have not rolled any new updates since November to fix this bug.

Dear Jio Team, I hope this finds you well. I am writing to inform you about an issue I have been facing with accessing the Jio Join services for your free Wi-Fi calling feature. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to connect or use the service. This has caused considerable inconvenience, as I rely on Wi-Fi calling for clearer and more reliable communication, especially in areas with weak cellular signals.

Bad app whenever I want to call someone everytime it shows 'please connect for initiating calling' even if my phone is connected to the router and I am standing just under the router and after trying 100 times, when finally the call is made then another problem came up that is I can't hear what the person is saying and the person whom I have called can't hear what I am saying. I know I have some grammatical mistakes but I want to say I think it is understandable to the people who are seeing this

Both the app & JioFiber in general offer poor service & are almost bogus. The app doesn't work even when you are connected with the wifi! Secondly the fiber setup is pretty cheap in terms of quali. Within a month the adopter of my fiber stopped working, it is been almost a week, neither a service provider visited our home nor adaptor was arranged. They say it may take months to arrange an adopter! Imagine a prepaid connection where you have already paid & are not able to use services! Pathetic!

Regarding JIO Join App and voice service. They both are totally waste, they don't work at all. If you can't provide good service please don't charge money for it. Even customer care is of no use. Worst app and worst service. The biggest mistake was calling customer care and hoping that they would resolve my issue. There is still a problem with the voice calling service and there is a problem with this app too.

"The app has numerous issues. Even after connecting with Jio Fiber, it doesn't work properly. Making or receiving calls is a hassle as it frequently disconnects and fails to connect reliably. I expected better performance from such a basic feature app, but it's not user-friendly at all. Please fix these problems as soon as possible."

Worst App Experience - Complete Disaster! Using the JioJoin app has been an absolute disaster. It crashes unexpectedly all the time, constantly shows "offline," and repeatedly asks to connect to Wi-Fi even though the device is already connected. Despite being on a stable connection, the app refuses to work properly. From the first day I installed it, I have faced nothing but issues. I have tried everything-uninstalling, reinstalling, resetting the device-but nothing works.

Worst App, Worst Service, Even when connected to Jio WiFi It Says Please Connect to the wifi. Only 1 out 10 calls get connected and that too with very low quality and sometimes we can't even just call anyone, on pressing the dial button the dialer just opens up and shuts down automatically. Most of the times, No one can call us on the primary Sim when connected to the wifi, It says that our mobile is Switched Off. Shame on you Jio for Selling such a BAD Service.....
