They lost my money. I withdrew my winnings of $250 on January 1st and still haven't gotten it into my bank account. I originally thought maybe I put the wrong account number but if I did they told me it would fail and end up back into my leaguesafe account and I can do it again. I've emailed twice and opened up 2 tickets for this issue and keep getting the run around. They are even rude and smug in the emails about it "not being 3 weeks because weekends don't count." But say 5-7 days. Smh

Honestly one of the worst apps I've ever used. All it does is crash, Even when it does work, most of the features you need aren't available on the app and you need to use the website. But every time you click something on the website it opens the app where it tells you it's unable to do what you need and you need to open the website. It's incredibly frustrating and not user friendly in the slightest.

I haven't tried there app yet, just the desktop and mobile site version, but HANDS DOWN the absolute best customer support/service for any industry I've ever dealt with. ALWAYS a response within a reasonable amount of time. I play in 49 dynasty leagues, and am commissioner of 27 of them. Any time I've had an issue and emailed support, it's been handled 100% of the time no exaggerating. Highly recommend for anyone needing an all-in-one finance collecting and managing service

The app literally just won't load. Bad business. EDIT: a commissioner in one of my leagues decided to pay himself and not me and when contacting leaguesafe they told me there's nothing they can do lol.. Oh and another league they want a whole 5 bucks to process the payout..lol So probably don't use leaguesafe if you can avoid it.

App is a bit wonky. Somehow two emails for one manager was input into the league. Also it's asking me for my display name. Had to go on PC to do that before it let me pay. My guess is it's an android thing because the iPhone users seem to be able to pay with no problem.

I would never have signed up had I known how long withdrawal takes. Won my league over a week ago and still waiting on payout. Additionally I could fill another page on how awful my experience has been with customer support. If possible I would give negative stars

This app takes forever to load. Half the time it errors out. This definitely needs to get fixed or I'll need to find a different platform for my league.

This app is awesome! So much better than the desktop version. As a commish, it makes it so easy to keep up with multiple leagues.
