This seems like it only works one way. I can't import files from my lg gram laptop as my phone prompts me that the app on my laptop is a previous version even though I have updated it. There's no issues accessing the files on my phone from the laptop though. Would be great if developers could help in this matter.

Not usable : -- send pictures to PC. Try to move them to another folder on PC. Find out that pictures are gone - in both on download and in destination folder. -after is, try to resend pictures again. And get "xx pictures are sent successfully" immediately without resending anything. - downloading pictures from PC never works - just nothing happens (it is besides unusable interface where you can't select all the pictures from the given date and I have to click on each)

The Wi-Fi connection will not work. I was very excited to try this product since it also included a sync video which the Samsung app does not have. I am shocked and surprised that there are no other reviews other than mine

I want to love this app so much. I have two Win PCs with Win 11 Pro same name brand. I can use this LG link on one of them to share and mirror my Pixel 8 Pro without any issues. The second PC, I cannot get it to work at all. Are we allowed to have two or more computers to link? Both are on the same wifi network and yes Bluetooth is enabled. LG Gram 17 inch

The update requires several additional permissions to use the app, but the most ridiculous part is that IT DOES NOT WORK!! I am no longer able to transfer files to my Pc through the ap.

Tried to sent 47 pictures to PC, it has sent 22 of them, reported 100% complete. Tried to resend them all again, it really sends everything again without even checking checksum if resending not needed at all. Useless

Waste of time.....I can't connect my tab and laptop, even after connecting to same wifi. Better give an option for wired connection.
