Overall, a terrible experience. I was a 5 star driver for them and I loved helping people out. I put many many miles on my vehicle for this company only to be demoted for when my vehicle required new tires. The stints they will pull on their 1099 independent contractors will also carry over into the overall service. It's hit or miss with them but I would suggest doing your due diligence and checking with other apps as well. The Ratings tell the story.

Terrible company to work with. I had a 5 star rating and suddenly all shifts I was scheduled for were taken away. Tried to find out why through support line and email. They never gave a reason and were annoyed I even inquired. The lie was repeated I would hear back in days. Months later, still no response. Don't waste your time, scam company that treats contractors and customers like they are not worthy of a response even.

I worked this app as a driver with my own truck obviously and this has got to be the least worth of anyone's time. Value your time!! And don't waste it here!! Worked 1 8 hour day with a helper earning $100. And 1 8 hour day as a "Lite" (just pickup and the driver, no helper) which is also what I mainly went into it for in the first place, and that day - $0. Nothing, nada, ZERO! It was a "scheduled" 9 hour day! After 7 hours, I was done. Signed off. Absolutely horrible and not a single $ to show.

RUN FROM THESE GUYS IT'S A COMPLETE JOKE! Pay is 💩, they want you to tag along with helpers which most don't have a car, can't meet halfway, ex-convicts or people who've never work with heavy stuff or common courtesy with customers. Had a helper but wasn't approved because he's English wasn't perfect. Their bonuses makes them look desperate cause they're about to lose contracts. Go with Dolly or Pickup, much much better! Look at the reviews, they don't lie.

I am only into my first week but already have a great deal to say about Lugg. The app is well-organized and reaching out to support is very convenient. I have recently encountered an issue with my account. However, the Support Team was quick and friendly to address it. The matter was resolved after additional details thoroughly considered through email and phonecall. I am excited to start working with Lugg and meeting new people and make sure professional service provided.

I regret wasting my time. They will send you 60 miles away to make $50 without telling what needs to be moved. Support was rude, and the advertising was misleading. If your time is worth $15 per hour, go for it......ITS NOT IN MY INTEREST TO EMAIL YOU

This transaction was terrible. I purchased a massage chair online that I wanted moved from San Jose to Fairfield. I was quoted 300 which I know was a lot of money for one item. I paid this amount knowing that this was a heavy item and it would be difficult. I added in my request that this move would require going up a flight of steps at my house. The mover left the chair in my garage and now I need to hire a different company to bring it up. Don't waste your time lugg won't help w disputes.

The job is okay, the pay is decent but they DO STEAL MONEY, idk if it's the stripe payment platform, or what but they will not pay new tips, I got half of them after I emailed customer service. Lugg support is a joke ! They won't respond unless u.bug them
