Dear developer, kindly fix bug in application as below; (1) SMR history is not visible. after submit,we cannot verify our data with picture or delete/edit wrong entry. (2) Consumption is not updated as it is not showing current month. (3) there is no previous bill available to download or visible old bill.

Cannot log-in with the new upgrade !!!! Better than the old MEDC app but lacks basic functionalities: Cannot check the bill or historical bills if it is SMR or estimate. Cannot request for an instant bill. For SMR and consumption, I have to type the account number !!! Why not just link it to the added accounts in my profile ?

Before I was paying easier using ONEIC and for more than an account at once. Now I can't add another account and when I want to make payment it asks me to wait for 30 minutes to process my payment before entering any card details. I prefer to pay manual via outlets.

Pathetic app I have ever come across. Tried recharging twice through the app and did not receive the recharge code even after amount deducting from bank account.

There is an issue in android phones when trying to retrieve user name and when trying to insert OTP the screen flickers with Error msgBox !!!

Very bad experience due to inability to access to my account. Though I registered some time ago, but it keep saying error in signing in.

I have changed my account details but still old details appear like previous owner, address etc. In short poor app and it collapses all the time while being used.
