Not to be a jerk. But I just don't understand the change in the app. Before this makeover of the interface, this app was fast, clear, and easy to navigate. Quite honestly it looks and operates like a website on the early 2000's. The main functionality of this app was the map, and it's details. Formerly my go to for road conditions, ESPECIALLY in winter. Now it feels more useful to look for Facebook posts for updates on road conditions. Please go back to the old layout and functionality.

I do not like the changes to the updated app. It was easy to view road conditions and traffic cameras. This upgrade makes usage of the app hard to use and the maps are too small view road conditions and traffic patterns. Takes forever to find the information I am looking for. Go back and make the app easier to use without going through multiple menus.

Oct 11- THEY CHANGED IT BACK TO THE OLD VERSION! YAY!! REINSTALLED. Miracles do happen. ....................... Updated app is terrible. It takes almost 2 minutes to load traffic info. If I zoom out, there's another long delay. If I could go back to the previous version I would. (10 sec max to load info, no delay when zooming in or out.) Uninstalled. Worthless and frustrating.

The new update is terrible. I used the travel times option in the old version to quickly see how traffic is at the HRBT and the MMMBT and was able to favorite those so they would show up at the top of the list. Now I struggle to find the same road segment. The map takes forever to load on my home wifi, I can't begin to imagine how bad it would be on regular data!

App update is terribly slow, pretty much unusable for quick traffic information. *Edit 10-11-24* changed rating back to 5 as they reverted back to previous app which worked perfectly on my Pixel 7. I'm really glad the developers actually take feedback and criticism and are working on it. It's tough when apps don't work out on a large scale roll out but they did the right thing to roll back until they can figure out the issues. I hope it's an easy fix.

This is an ugly and ridiculous update. Just give us back the old version. Had no issues with it. this is a nightmare to navigate, and the map brings up the web version, which is slow and cumbersome and difficult to use.. on the old version I could easily, and quickly see road conditions, cameras, and switch between all features with ease. But this! Please get a refund from your developer. This is app is worse, uglier and less functional than before.

They took a useful app and made it useless. Living in Hampton Roads, I relied in this every time I go into the office to get an estimate on traffic and whether I should wait or find another route. The latest update had made the app useless as the map feature now sends you to the browser which is painfully slow to load. I don't understand the point of modifying a perfectly functional tool that adds a bunch of useless bloat. Guess it's back to Google Maps and relying on their map traffic.

Update to review. A temporary fix was supposed to help the slowness of the app but it is still next to useless. A fine time to change the app when travelers need current road conditions during a hurricane. New is not always better. Update is hard to use. Screens load slow. Liked the old app better. Cameras were easier to access. Don't know if I will use this app anymore. Need to find info quickly.
