App constantly crashes on the s23. Sometimes it freezes and closes itself upon relaunching the open app, and the text fields don't show your text while your phone is on dark mode.

Now I've missed three weeks of work opportunity because event surveys, and their notification emails, aren't being opened to me or sent. I was a top worker and now my reputation is shot. It's costing me a lot of money. I hate this so much and wish our company never invested in it.

As a manager, the app is okay, but a little clunky. It just launches the mobile web page, which has some of the core functions, but not always in a convenient or attractive way. It does at least at least let me approve or deny swaps, which is probably most critical, but it doesn't give you the same rich info as the full web site.

The interface is messed up this update and now the add shifts button shows up behind my home button on my galaxy s21 ultra. There's a bunch of other glitches where text appears white on a white background and shift drops don't update in the app until hours later. I have to get my manager to update all my shift info because the app is useless except for seeing what time I work that day.

It was working perfectly fine for the employees then after the recent update I have not been able to log in and not get kicked out of the program instantly. I had no problems until this recent update which makes it hard to keep track of when I am supposed to work. I have to input my work schedule onto my daily calendar instead of getting the little reminders that the app provides for employees. Plus without the app I don't get notifications when a shift has been dropped or swapped.

This app is good because its convenient and the desktop version is very nice but i cant say the same for the mobile app. Its alwasy buggy i can never see my shifts when i open the app. Half the time the data like times and description are missing. In order for me to see my shifts i have to go to month and click around till it shows them. I cant see what the other shifts that people are working anymore. Not to mention the frequent crashing. This is probably the worst update in the last two years.

Literally doesn't work. Black screen every time I log on. Edit: Just reset my password. Still a black screen. 2nd Edit: Logged onto desktop site on phone and chose to skip 2-step verification. Fixed it. SubItUp, update your app, so the 2-step verification prompt pops up just like the desktop site. You're welcome.

This app is glitchy. Also, the manager functions are extremely limited, which sucks because using the web client on mobile is impossible. The app's limited functionality is so bad I have to end up waiting until I can get to my computer to do anything more than the really simple stuff.
